Fish Live for SEGA Dreamcast menu translation and sounds modification. Fish Live | SEGA Dreamcast MOD. Fish Life is a simulation of a fish tank with an added touch screen, allowing users to interact with virtual fish. Users can call the fishes (fishes will react to users voice causing a number of reactions on the fishes like happiness, anger, sadness) , feed the fishes and watch them grow, draw in the screen (users can draw a fish and watch it being followed by the other fishes while moving it), when users touch a fish his name and species are displayed and it's even possible to play music when touching the fish as if they were piano keys. Fish Life is composed main unit is based on Dreamcast Hardware, uses the same GD-ROM format of storage for software and acts as a base for the other part, 15 inch touch screen monitor with sound recognition capabilities. Both the software and the hardware that run SEGA Fish Life are amongst the rarest in the whole of the Dreamcast story. But now, thanks to the hard work and dedication of volunteers at the Swiss computer and games museum Musée Bolo, you can experience it yourself for (possibly) the first time. Thanks to awesome job the japanese-cake and megavolt85 modification , the project can be run on the real Dreamcast console. However, I translated Japanese menu text to English and added the possibility of changing the basic sound of water bubbles to one of the fishing music pieces.
