I'll say this right off the bat, make sure you download the PDF rules this app links to before you start playing.
If you switch to any other application on your device, this will cause this app to completely restart and you have to start everything all over again.
Other than that, once you get going, be prepared to die.

Even the tutorial has no mercy.
However, like many games that are merciless (Dark Souls, anyone?) once you actually DO win, it's very satisfying.
A great way to play solo and temps you to play the 4v1 version later on.
App works well to allow you to play without a player taking role of the dark lord.
The game is not quite the same level of fun and you cannot play quests from the core game set but the app provides new quests and campaigns to play.
Overall it is done well but there is room for improvement.
Really good system for playing Descent with four people without one of you sitting out to be the Overlord.
However, doesn't come with the modules produced in the books, or at least I've yet to find it.

It allows us to play the game with 2 players and neither of us has to be the overlord.

So far I have ran through the tutorial, its a good app and brings some new life to Descent.
As a comparison its not quite as nice as the app for Mansions of Madness but on the bright side this one is free and worked with my existing game!
Solid app especially for free.
I honestly think it would be great if they had the figures show up on the board.
I'd pay fr them to develop this into a paid-for app in which you have the full game as in Nomad and FFG's Talisman game.
Love this game.
