During Monster Slayer players are tasked to hunt and slay monsters across whole world of Questland.
There's a list of about 8 monsters, each have point value.
To slay monster players need to enter the battle - auto-looting the stages doesn't reward players with points.
Milestones reward players with Spin Tokens and with Schemes, Additionally top spots in leaderboard reward with more Schemes which are needed in following Piggy" or "Treasure Hunt" Quest Events.

Tasks [ ] Task are to defeat detailed monsters.
Each week list of monsters is different.
Currently there are 13 different lists - "sets" - of monsters that are in constant rotation.
"Sets" of monsters lead community to develop tool to calculate best stages to farm points.
It is possible due to the fact that at some stages there are more than one "point-worth" monster.
Optimal stages for for farm in current week are available at separate page: Monster Slayer - Best stages.
Of course player must have unlocked areas and stages to fight given monsters for points.
Monsters can be slayed on both difficulties for the same amount of points.
Progress Tactics [ ] Players have three days to gain points in this QE, so there are two resets of stages at nights.
Most popular tactic is to focus on 3 or 4 best stages using Energy, Stews, Gems to reset stages (and allow another 10 fights), and Gems to purchase additional Energy.
For example if three best stages reward players in 31, 28, 26 points.
player approach first best stage on normal difficulty, use 30 Energy, fight 10 times and get total 310 points.
then player can purchase 30 Energy for 200 Gems and use it on hard difficulty = this result in 620 points on the first day (Monday Evening) player can wait til his Energy refill or use Stew (each Stew gives 12 Energy so there's common to "eat" 5 Stews at once -> 60 Energy) fight on second best stage on both difficulties claiming another 280 + 280 points = total 1180 points using Stew gives player 3 points = 15 points.
The goal is to reach 4000 points and this can be tricky - if player have more Gems to spend most likely will decide to reset first best stage - to get more points per used Energy (Stew).
If player has more Stews than can farm whatever stage.
On the second day after the nightly reset players approach the same best stages, wait for Energy to replenish, use Stews as well.
On the Third day there's less time to grab missing points.
